My third Danskin Sprint Triathlon is less than a month away. My fabulous training partner Darcy has been a great inspiration to workout with. We push each other, give encouragement and vent frustrations when a workout is very, very tough. Since this is my third tri, I'm really hoping to do well and push myself farther and harder than in the past. My goal is to do the 1/2 mile swim; 13 mile bike ride and 5k run in 1hour 45 minutes.
Better get back to training.
