You know you've trained hard when...

After a night of an open water swim clinic for the Danskin Sprint Tri, all you want to do is lay on the couch and knit. Yet that requires too much energy - energy you don't have. It's ok to train hard enough that you can't talk after a workout - but not being able to knit - that's just training way too hard!

I've never warmed up to morning runs. That's impressive! You go girl!
I feel ya on being too wiped out to knit. It just seems like so much effort to pull the knitting out of the bag these days. I just want to sleep and eat.
